• Order strictly by e-mail only.

• All sales are final. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

• All items are handmade, therefore the quantity of items is limited, and will be sold on a first come first served basis.

• Price of item is not negotiable.

• Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For international order, please email us to know the price in other currency.

• Prices listed do not include postage/shipping fees. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for those charges.

• Once we receive your order via email, we will revert with payment details. After that, the item will be reserved for you for a total of 3 days. Items not paid within the reservation period will be put up for sale again.
