Shipping Methods & Rates

• We are using PosLaju for all delivery process.
  

• Postage to destinations within Peninsular Malaysia costs RM 6 and to Sabah/Sarawak RM8 (for 1-2 items only). Additional RM2 will be added for any single item after that.
  

• Once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped out to you on the next working day.
  

• Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the items with the tracking code given to you at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm, or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
  

• Please ensure there is someone in the given shipping address during daytime, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest PosLaju office and you are required to collect it yourself.
  

• Should you like to request for cheaper shipping charges, we can use registered post (signature upon delivery is required), which is safer compared to normal post. However, the delivery time frame is longer compared to PosLaju. For 1-2 items, registered postage should cost approximately RM 3 and the price varies according to the weight of the parcel.
  

• Sorry, but we are not doing COD (cash on delivery) for the time being.
