How to Order

• Order strictly by e-mail only. Items are sold on a first-come first-served basis.
  

• The items come with details such as picture, size, material, design, pricing and etc. Please go through the details carefully.

• To place your order, kindly email us at missysassy.admin@gmail.com, together with your name, item name, item colour, and your e-mail address.
  

• After that, kindly wait for our reply. We will get back to you on the item availability and further details as soon as possible. Please note that shipping fees shall be borne by your good self. (See shipping rates here.)
  

• Once order is confirmed, please kindly make your payment within 48 hours (i.e. we will reserve the item for you for 48 hours).
  

• We only accept your payment to PublicBank, RHB and Maybank accounts at the moment.

1. You can pay us either via Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in.
2. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear.
3. Please email us the payment details - transaction date, amount and which bank account - and your postal address and contact number only after the SUCCESSFUL transaction.
4. The items will NOT be shipped out until we received the payment details.
   

• If we did not receive any transaction details from you within 48 hours, the item will be re-opened for sale.

• We will send out your item on the next working day after we received your payment. The normal delivery time is between 3 to 7 business working days, depending on shipping method and location.
