Buy Handmade Accessories - Payment & Shipping

Payment

Upon confirmation of your order, bank account info will be sent to you.
  • We only accept payment to Public Bank, RHB and Maybank accounts.
  • You can pay us either via Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in.
  • Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear.
  • Please email us the payment details - transaction date, amount and which bank account - for verification after SUCCESSFUL transaction.
  • Item will NOT be shipped out until we received the payment details.
  • If no transaction details are received from you within 3 days, the item will be re-opened for sale.
  • Once transaction is verified, your item will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. The normal delivery time is between 3 to 7 business working days.

Shipping
  • For accessories, we are using Registered Post to deliver all orders, unless there is a concurrent order for clothing, which will be shipped via PosLaju.
  • Postage charges for accessories are listed as below:
  1. Peninsula Malaysia: RM3
  2. East Malaysia: RM5
  • Postage charges will be excluded under these circumstances:
  1. When your accessories items are shipped together with Missy Sassy clothes items. In this case, only the postage for the clothes order will be charged.
  2. Additional items will not be charged additional postage fees provided the total weight of the goods does not exceed the weight limit. Should extra postage is required for multiple items order, we will advice on the postage before confirming your order.
  • Heavier items (e.g. necklaces) may incur higher postage charges; this will be stated individually in the blog post.
  • For international shipping, kindly email us for further information.
  • If due to unforeseen circumstances that a delay in dispatching is unavoidable, we will notify you via email.
  • Missy Sassy will not be responsible for any damages or packages getting lost in the process of delivery due to shipping and handling.
  • Each shipment comes with a tracking code. We will give you the tracking code, and you can trace the items at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm, or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
  • Please kindly notify us when you received your item.
