Payment Method:
Bank in or online transfer to Maybank, RHB and Public Bank account. Bank account numbers will be e-mailed to you when we receive your order.

Terms & Conditions:
- The taiwan seller do not hold ready stock for every items. It may take up to 30 working days for them to re-stock the items. Therefore, stock may only reach us in 1-2 months time, or even more after we’ve placed the order. If you are not willing to wait, please do not place your order.
- Items will be sent out to you within 3-4 working days after we receive the stock.
- Full payment must be made before the pre-order closes or we will state the date due for payment.
- No refund is allowed after you’ve confirmed your order. However, full refund will be made if your order is out of stock.
- Promotions stated in Cutie and Cynthia websites are not applicable to our pre-order spree.
- This is a pre-order and, thus we do not see and hold any ready stock. Kindly check through the measurement and details before you order.
- Due to different contrast of the monitor, the colours of the items may be slightly different from what you see in the photos posted. Please order at your own risk and interpretation. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
